Your shortlist, personal race status, and theme preference use your browser’s local storage. Bibby has no user account or cloud shortlist sync. Clear Bibby’s site data in your browser to remove these preferences and saved races.

Cookies and tracking.

Public browsing does not require a Bibby login cookie. Browsers that used the earlier password preview may retain its necessary session cookie for up to seven days; visiting the old preview route clears it. It is not used for advertising. This version does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Searches and infrastructure.

Bibby is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests and technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Searches you submit, including entered ZIP codes, cities, and date filters, may be sent through Bibby to RunSignup to retrieve public event listings. Bibby does not request your device’s location. The U.S. Census Geocoder receives publicly listed race addresses when an address needs a map match.

If a Mapbox map is configured, your browser contacts Mapbox for map resources. The current local map uses bundled geographic data. Race links open external sites with their own policies. Creating a story card happens in your browser; Bibby does not upload the image to a social network. Using your device’s share sheet sends it only to the destination you choose.
